Because our products are supplied primarily for wholesale and business requirements, all confirmed and dispatched orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed by us in writing.

1. No Return Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, the product cannot normally be returned.

Customers are advised to carefully verify the following before confirming an order:

  • Product name

  • Product specification

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Brand/model, where applicable

  • Required application

  • Delivery address

  • Other relevant requirements

2. No Refund Policy

Payments made against confirmed orders are non-refundable, subject to any specific written agreement between the customer and JantaOnlineSafetyWala.in.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, customers cannot request a refund simply because they have changed their mind or no longer require the product.

3. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are specially processed according to the customer's requirements.

Therefore, once a wholesale or bulk order has been confirmed, cancellation, return, or refund requests may not be accepted.

Customers should confirm their requirements carefully before placing or approving a bulk order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that appears to be materially damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact us immediately after receiving the shipment.

We may request:

  • Order details

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Transport receipt

  • Packaging photographs

  • Other relevant information

After reviewing the matter, we may determine an appropriate resolution where the issue is attributable to us or the confirmed order.

Any replacement or other resolution is subject to our verification and written approval.

5. Transport Damage

Where products are transported through a third-party transporter, customers should inspect the shipment at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

If visible damage is found, the customer should immediately notify the transporter and inform us with supporting evidence.

Responsibility for transportation-related damage may depend on the applicable transportation terms agreed for the particular order.

6. Incorrect Customer Information

JantaOnlineSafetyWala.in will not be responsible for return, re-delivery, or additional transportation costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect PIN code

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incorrect product specification

  • Incorrect quantity

  • Incorrect size

  • Other incorrect order information

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and processing or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Any cancellation request must be made as early as possible and will be considered at the sole discretion of JantaOnlineSafetyWala.in.

8. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to a return, replacement, adjustment, or refund at our discretion or where required by applicable law.

Any such exception must be confirmed by us in writing.
